Why doesn't Peel find any songs on my favorite blog?
Peel searches for direct links to MP3 files on web pages. This means that if the blog uses a hosting service (like yousendit.com) and links to a another page where you can download the song, Peel will not find the song. We will try to address this in future releases.
Peel doesn't download songs anymore, what's wrong?
The best way to fix this is to choose "Cancel All Downloads" from the Songs menu item and restart Peel. We are looking for a better fix.
Peel has expired, what can I do?
Download the latest version and replace your old installation. It will keep your preferences and data.
Is there a Windows version?
There is no Windows version yet but we are working on it so hold on tight.
When I open Peel it just bounces in the dock for a second and then disappears, what's wrong?
You are probably running an older version of OS X than required to run Peel. Peel requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later. You can find what version you are running by going to the Apple logo in the menu bar and choose "About This Mac".
Is Peel named after the legendary John Peel?
Not only but it fits nicely doesn't it?
For how many days can I use the Peel trial?
The trial works for 25 days.
